My first baby and first true love has a big day tomorrow. Jax came into my life 10 years ago this May. I decided I wanted a dog my freshman year of college, did a lot of research and picked him! Tomorrow, he is having surgery to remove up to 6 lumps on his little furry body. Some are fat deposits and some are tumors. I’m so scared for him and worried about the results. Two of the tumors are on his spine and we don’t know if they will be able to be removed. My parents stayed with us this weekend and took Jax home with them today. Dad will be taking him to get the surgery and will be taking care of him all week. We thought it was best for him and Boa to be separated for the week because she would most likely lick is wounds and want to play. Plus, dads schedule is more “flexible” than D & I’s. He will be able to spend all week taking care of him. I’m a little down about not seeing him and taking care of him after he gets home, but I know it’s best for him. I’ve said many prayers for him this past week and will be keeping him in my prayers all week. I pray they are able to get out everything they can and that he has a quick recovery.0 Did you like this post?
