1. Run 5 miles by the end of the month. FAIL. As much as I would like to lie and tell you I accomplished this one, I didn’t. For one who works hard to reach goals, it’s hard for me to admit I failed this one two months in a row. I made it to 4 1/2 miles and then had to stop running the last 10 days of the month. I worked hard to get to 4 1/2 and know I could have made it to 5. But, I know I can’t push it and I don’t want to be back in physical therapy again. It is what it is.
2. Start planning my holiday lists. ACCOMPLISHED! I was even able to already give some holiday gifts! My in-laws were in town for the wedding this past weekend, so I brought their Christmas gifts for them. I had already purchased them and figured not only would I save on shipping costs, I could cross a few gifts off my list. Thanks to Pinterest, I was able to make a long list of things I want to craft, create, bake and give. I’ve already started making a Thanksgiving break to do list to get things started. I’m so excited for the holidays!
3. Spend no more than $200. FAIL. Okay, I tried my best on this one. And up until 8 days ago, I was golden. Then, there was a 55% off Loft sale and I needed a dress for the wedding I had this weekend. I made some returns hoping to even things out, but I was still over. But, only by $30. So, in my book that is more of a pass because that is pretty darn good for me.
4. Cook dinner 4 nights a week. ACCOMPLISHED! I went back to planning my meals on Sunday and cooking almost every night. We still ate out Friday and Saturday, but I did a lot of cooking this month. You can find most meals
