My final baby shower was thrown by my mom with the help of my mil and best friends. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was amazed with everything they had done. From all the personal touches to the delicious food and drinks to the sweet notes they left for little miss to the love that filled the room. I could not have dreamed of a more perfect afternoon.

My mom and her friends made these centerpieces. They are paper towel rolls stuffed with tissue paper and dressed with a baby outfit. There was one at each table. This was definitely one of my favorite touches of the shower.

Love how the book matches the outfit!
AG definitely has a lot of pink & grey in her closet.
My adpi sisters
This is by far the most special part of the shower for me. My mom saved her present for last. For the past 28 years she saved my baptism gown and first Christmas dress and gave it to me for AG. This is a picture of me with my godparents on the day of my baptism. Below are both outfits.
This book is filled with wishes for AG which I loved reading. I can’t wait to share them with her.

AG’s first bikini that daddy said she will NEVER wear =-)
She will be ready for USF games!
All of the guests were asked to bring a book instead of a card and write a note to AG in the book. Her library is now fully stocked with all of my favorite children’s books.
