So long February.
You came, you didn’t stay long and now you’re gone.
You were a good month.
Filled with playdates, orders, beautiful weather and family.
I’d take you again anyway.

You were a good month.

Now, lets take a look at how I did on my goals for the month.
{1} Spend no more than $100 eating out in February. FAILED. I did out expense overview last night and we were at $150. If we hadn’t had our date night out, it would have been $100. But, failing this goal was worth it for a night out, just hubs and myself.
{2} Send out thank you notes. Accomplished.
{3} Complete five posts on Simply Teach with Love. Accomplished.
{4} Spend one uninterrupted hour a week on learning Photoshop. Accomplished. I was able to make Valentine’s for AG, an invite for Callie’s 2nd birthday and lots of cupcake toppers this month. AND…I redid my blog design myself using photoshop. That in itself is a hug accomplishment and money saver!
{5} Plan two carbless dinners a week. FAILED. We did one carbless meal a week but I don’t think we did two every week. I did a good job cooking healthy meals and laid off the sweets a little bit.
{6} Make cute Valentine’s gifts for D and AG’s friends. Accomplished.
Other accomplishments this month….
I finished a book!
Launching my Easter Designs and getting to 250 FB likes.
Blogging consistently on two out of my three blogs.
Working out 5 days a week and eating healthy.
Throwing a baptism party at our house for our sweet girl.
Starting my spring cleaning.
Bringing in money. I was able to bring in enough to cover all our groceries this month. That might sound silly to you but for someone not working a 9-5 its a good feeling. I’m able to stay home with AG and work on my own terms to provide for our family, even though it’s only a 4th of what I would bring in before. It’s something.
I’ll be back next week with my March goals!
