It’s that time. Time to plan your meals for the week. I’ve definitely been slacking with meal planning over the past few months. When you’re sick all day, the last thing you want to do is look at a bunch of recipes and venture to the grocery store with your toddler who no longer enjoyed staying in the cart. Anyhow, I’ve been making more of an effort the past two weeks. I’m tired of not knowing what is for dinner and scrounging last minute to throw something together. I did a meal plan last week and it made a world of difference. We didn’t eat out. Hubs had leftovers for lunch and I didn’t have to think twice about dinner throughout the day.
