Happy Friday Friends! Another week come and gone, thank goodness! This week has been hectic. I’ve been slammed with work and finishing things up before taking a break over the next 10 days. Thankfully AG has been on her absolute best behavior. She’s been so sweet, listens and has been doing great with independent play. It’s amazing how good behavior from the mini can make the weeks so much more enjoyable and go by so much faster. I know there will always be off weeks, but I’m grateful for the “on” ones!
Now, lets get to Five on Friday!
This week we bought a Little Partner’s Learning Tower for AG. One of our friends has one similar for their son and we knew AG would love one. I actually bought ours from someone in the area who posted it on a FB garage sale site, so I paid about half of what they go for on the site. It’s in perfect condition and I know it will be loved for years to come. We’ve had it all week and AG is in it at least ten times a day. Whenever I’m in the kitchen, whether it’s making lunch or dinner or just cleaning, she’s hanging out with me. I even looked over the other night and she had put her puppy up on the counter and was feeding him dinner. I know this will be even better when Luke arrives. I’ll be able to either wear him or put him down and have AG help me in the kitchen instead of wondering where she is and what she’s getting into.
This beauty showed up on my front step this week. There was a deal online that I just could not pass up on a few weeks ago. I’ve been wanting one for a long time and cannot wait to try it out. I made the switch from a Cricut and after installing the software know it’s one I won’t regret. Let the crafting begin!
Shopping trips these days are very eventful. Little miss doesn’t want any part of staying in the cart, whether she’s buckled in or in the buggy part. She asks (sometimes screams) to WALK! the entire time. One thing that has made our trips a tad more enjoyable lately is strawberry frappes from Starbucks. I’m starting her young and yes, she is totally spoiled. But this mama wants to enjoy her Target trips in peace.
Her crossed feet…melt my heart.

I have tons of AG’s clothes on there, most only worn once for great prices.
Big Brother. Am I the only crazy one out there that is a huge Big Brother fan? Hubs and I both enjoy it, which is a huge plus because I don’t have to wait to watch it. It’s definitely an interesting cast of characters this season. I’m sure there will be lots of drama, which of course makes it more fun to watch. My favorites so far are the divorced mom and the cop.
I’m also grateful that new summer shows have started. There were a few weeks there where nothing was on and nap times were a little boring. Other summer favorites are Rookie Blue, Under the Dome and I’m a big fan of The Night Shift. What have you been watching this summer?
Incase you missed it…
