It’s no secret that I have a serious love of everything pumpkin. It’s what I look forward to all year long. To me pumpkin is the start of fall. It means football season, cinnamon brooms, the start of the holidays and so much more. I usually over indulge in Pumpkin Spice Lattes. Whether from Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts or even McDonalds. And I bake. I bake more in the fall than I do all year long. Most of the recipes involve pumpkin. Like I said, my love of pumpkin goes deep.
But this year I’m going to have to watch what I indulge in. With little man being due in a few weeks, I want to start working right away on eating healthy and getting back to my pre pregnancy weight.
