I’ve mentioned one of our goals this year is to focus on eating more clean. We’re not going crazy commiting to 100% clean eating or starting with the whole 30. We’re starting just by making more conscious food choices, cutting down on processed food and trying to keep a good balance.
In these cool months, I tend to use my crockpot more throughout the week. It’s nice to be able to throw dinner in and not have to worry about it until later. It’s even better when that meal is a clean eating recipe.
Today, I have 20 clean eating crock pot recipes to share with you. Some have been added to my menu this week. Others I’m looking to try over the next month.
