Halloween Candy Bark
When the holidays start to roll around, I start looking for ideas of fun things to do with the kids. I scour Pinterest, saving everything to a folder on my phone. As the weekends approach, I let the kids go through those folders and choose fun things to do. One of the things that won this year was making Halloween bark. I love making bark for holidays. Halloween Lunch Box Notes
One thing I love doing for holidays, well really all year long is putting little lunch notes in the kids lunches. I print them out in bulk at the beginning of each month and have them in a drawer ready to go when I pack lunches on Sunday afternoons. The kids love seeing them in there, or so they tell me... Well, hi there! This little space has been quiet for far too long. I've missed it a lot and have decided to make the time for this hobby of mine again. Strawberry Watermelon Popsicles
Summer is here and I can't tell you how much fun it's been so far. The kids are at great ages right now. We're out exploring each day and able to come home in the afternoon for lots of playing together. It's been wonderful and I'm grateful for my time home with them. Lemon Blueberry Muffins
Last weekend, I took the littles blueberry picking. We had so much fun strawberry picking last month. When I saw on FB that there was a blueberry farm a few miles away and decided it would be the perfect Saturday afternoon activity. It was also a gorgeous weekend, so being outdoors was a must!
