Avocado, Tomato and Feta Dip
A fresh and flavor-filled twist on your traditional guacamole recipe.
Ingredients

ripe
avocados
lightly mashed
2
cups
cherry tomatoes
quartered
3/4
cups
feta cheese
crumbled
1
tbs
lemon juice
1
tbs
red wine vinegar
1/2
tsp
garlic salt
or garlic powder to taste
2
tbs
chopped parsley
fresh (or fresh cilantro for a different twist)
Instructions
Lightly mash avocados in a large bowl.
Combine all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
